These are some questions that have been asked. I'm hoping these will help clear up any questions anyone may have.

Please RSVP by Sept. 15, 2024 so that final preparations can be made.

GPS is really good about taking you directly to the location. once you turn on Ellis Cove Rd continue straight down that Rd until it dead ends. The location will be directly in front of you and to the left in a large shop style building. Should you need further assistance you can reach me at (931)691-4222

The location is on flat ground but there is gravel. Assistance can be provided should it be needed. Please reach out to me should you need any other arraignments to be made. (931)691-4222

Please reach out to me if you would like a ride from the hotel to the location. Please be responsible and don't drink and drive. Transportation can be arranged.

the wedding will be outdoors in the middle of October. the weather is unpredictable at that time.

The color scheme for the wedding is black and red but feel free to wear whatever you would like that is semi casual.

Please do not bring anyone that you did not RSVP for, after Sept 15 the count will be final.

Some drinks will be provided but we understand everyone has a favorite. So feel free to bring a cooler with your fav. drink but please put your name on it so there will be no confusion as to who's is who's would more than one of that same cooler show up.

No gift is necessary. But should you like to get one we will have a honeymoon fund box set up on location or there is a registry on this website. You can send any gift to our home or bring on site day of. We have been fortunate enough to have everything we need for the house so our need list is very small. Again no gift is necessary.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before start time to allow you to find a parking place and a seat before the ceremony begins. The start time is 4pm.

There will be riding all day Friday with a guys night ride to follow for the evening. Bring your rigs and prepare to have a good time.

PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR PHONES OUT TAKING PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY. THERE WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHERS THERE TO CAPTURE THE MOMENTS. After the ceremony you are welcome to snap as many pictures as you would like and add them to the website.
